Lettings Match continually strive to provide better service. We have received feedback from Landlords and have made the following changes to provide a better service to landlords.
You may have noticed that the Landlord statements have a new section underneath the rental property address, a rent paid from date and a paid to date. This will help Landlords keep track of what period a rent covers. We have requested this implementation from our software company as a direct result of a landlords request.
Furthermore we have been putting systems in place so that rents can be paid out even faster. In most cases rents are being processed on the day we receive the rent or at latest the next day. In some cases where the rent has come in early from tenants, landlords have been receiving rent to their account before it is due.
